Summer Clinics

King High School Water Polo - Summer Clinic

MLK Boys Water Polo will be offering TWO Clinic Sessions in the summer of 2026. These clinics are a great opportunity for your athlete to get outside, exercise, meet the team, get in the pool and have fun, and make new friends before the school year begins. If you have any questions, please fill out the form below (or click here) and one of our board members will reach out to you. We will begin registration at the end of March. 

Each clinic is Monday - Thursday Monday your athlete will be issued a t-shirt and will get in the pool to learn the fun and fundamentals of Water Polo. We will practice every day and have a scrimmage and pizza party (or breakfast burrito party) on Friday. 

Where: King High School Pool

When: Session 1: June 8th - 11th  6:00am - 8:00am

            Session 2: June 15th - 18th  6:00am - 8:00am

            Each 1-week clinic will run Monday - Thursday from 6:00am - 8:00am

Cost: $65 if you register before April 15th (Reg $75)

What To Bring: Just wear your suit and bring a towel. We will provide everything else you need. If you like you can bring goggles for warm-up, but they are not necessary. 

For potential athletes who commit to the clinic before April 15th we are offering a discounted rate of $65 for the week (reg. $75). You can attend one or both weeks. 

For experienced or returning athletes we will be running our traditional Summer League which will run June 8th - 26th from 6:00am - 8:00am. We will release registration at the same time we release registration for these camps. The League and Clinics will run concurrently. If you attend the clinic and want to commit for the rest of the team Summer League, you will be able to do that after a tryout with the coach, which we can do during the clinic.
